How long does it take to receive my jewelry?
Shipping is free for orders over €79.
Orders will be shipped within 48 hours of payment and delivered by the courier within 2–3 business days.
What is your return policy?
You can return or exchange ordered items within 14 days of delivery by completing the online return form. Once completed, you will receive a receipt by email to print and include in your package.
Within 14 days of the return request, send the order at your own expense to Milor Spa – Via dei Gracchi 35 – 20146 Milan, including the return receipt.
Once we receive your package, we will send you a confirmation email of your refund, which will be processed within 14 days from the date the return is accepted.
