Your order will be shipped within 48 hours of payment and will be delivered by courier within 3-4 business days.

You can return or exchange ordered items up to 14 days after delivery by completing the online return form. Once completed, you will receive an email with a receipt to print and include in your package. Within 14 days of submitting your return request, ship the order at your own expense to Milor Spa – Via dei Gracchi 35 – 20146 Milan, attaching the receipt. Once we receive your package, we will send you a refund confirmation email, which you will receive within 14 days of accepting the return.
