You can return or exchange your ordered items up to 14 days after delivery by completing the modulo di reso online. Once completed, you will receive an email with a receipt to print and include in your package.
Within 14 days of requesting a return, ship the order at your own expense to Milor Spa – Via dei Gracchi 35 – 20146 Milan, attaching the receipt.
Once we receive your package, we will send you a refund confirmation email, which you will receive within 14 days of accepting the return.

Products must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged; the identification tag must still be attached with the disposable security seal; products must be returned in their original packaging.
If all required conditions have been met, Milor S.p.A. will refund the full price of the purchased products. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer. Otherwise, the return cannot be accepted.

In accordance with Article 56, paragraph III of the Italian Consumer Code, only after Milor S.p.A. has received and inspected the returned products and verified that all requirements have been met, you will receive a return acceptance email and Milor S.p.A. will process the refund, which will be issued within 14 days from the date the return is accepted.

All products sold by Milor S.p.A. are equipped with an identification tag attached with a disposable security seal, which is considered an integral part of the product.
Please try the product without removing the tag and seal. Otherwise, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.

24-Month Warranty
24-Month Warranty
Products are covered by a 24-month legal warranty from the date of purchase.
The warranty will only be valid if Milor determines that the product has been used in accordance with the “Jewelry Care” section of the website.
Rhodium plating and gold plating defects caused by improper use of the product, as well as accidental breakage of stones and fastening mechanisms, are not covered by the warranty.
In all cases, return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
